When I read this, I thought, I keep forcing my money conversations, insuring my soul and Source Energy that I can handle an increase in my abundance. 

Then I allow myself to get frustrated when it doesn’t come how I want it to. 

But that frustration and irritation isn't in alignment with the kind of abundance that I want. 

I'm feeding the the wrong monster.

What if Source and soul knows something I don’t? What if "they" see where my weakness are and I cannot. 

In putting my trust, my faith back into Source, I allow myself to accept that what I have now is what I am ready for and I ask myself, how can I make the most of this, now?

Doing that allows me to nest for greater abundance in my life.

The real challenge shows up when questions that present themselves make us look at what really want. 

They allow us to question our own ideas + beliefs that operate on auto-pilot. 

Sure there is an over lapping desire - abundance, success, a steady flow of business. 

But what does abundance look like? What does success look like? What kind of business do you want a steady flow of?

What is the world calling me to create?

How can I best serve my clients + community?

What feels good to me in my business + how I can I create this in a way that takes me to my next pleateau with integrity, alignment + connection to Source Energy? 

These are the questions I am living in right now. I am on this level, about to take a step up to the next. But before I do, I want to be clear on how I want to take that step. I want it to feel good, challenging, clear, exciting + in alignment. That is a must.

Happy Labor Day to You All!

In my neck of the woods (Dallas, Texas area) the weather is simply amazing. Within a week we went from 105 to 82. Needless to say, I am in love. This month of September Celebration for me is getting off to a very excellent start. 

Seeking Zen
My upcoming Soul Session Q&A video talks about how to find Zen, (it will be shared here shortly, still in the works). So this morning when I woke up feeling a little out of sorts and overwhelmed, I thought - how can I find Zen in this moment. 

Because the feeling of overwhelm is beyond undesirable. 

In a whim, I checked in with myself and this little exercise popped out of my head. I thought I would share it with all of you, just in case you were experience some of the same feelings. 

Try This Out
Date: Monday, September 5, 2011

I would feel amazing (!!) at the end of the day if I accomplished 3 of the following things:

1. Moved my body
   
2. Worked on a webdesign client for an hour or so
   
3. Meditated 
   

on the back of the page, at the end of the day, list what you have accomplished. That which is on your list and more. Keep the page or throw it away. But at least you will have documentation of how your time was spent today. 

In Conclusion
It was that simple. Even after writing down the 3 things a weight lifted off my chest. I hope this short and sweet exercise provides you with some sense of relief today.

Where it Began
Even as I begin writing this, my heart is swelling, my hands are sweating, my eyes are tearing up and yes - I might have been holding my breath a little. 

When we invite magic and surrender into our lives it can be a little scary. 

As I began creating Sacred the eCourse, I was questioning why I hadn't created it sooner. Why it took so long after diving into the Root chakra and unleashing ROOTED to the public to come to the Sacral Chakra and now I know. 

Our Sacral Chakra is our power center. It is where creativity truly comes alive and our desires are AMPLIFIED. 

Breakthroughs
During my time in the Sacral Chakra (which has only just begun) I have had major financial breakthroughs, including my car being repossessed, a heated conversation with The Mister that allowed me to let go of some things I didn't realize I was holding on to and taking on an entirely new perspective of my business and what I want to come of it.

Letting Go and Trusting Can Be Scary
But I believe it is more than worth it. The more time I spend meditating and journaling - allowing myself to dive into my desires and then act on them, the happier I am. 

I know what you might be thinking, how you can be happy about your car being taken away?

I believe it's part of a bigger plan. I no longer have the stress of trying to make a car payment I can't afford. I don't have to pay for insurance and The Mister and I have another car, so it's not like we are stranded. 

This happening has allowed me to see that my freedom was not in my vehicle. In fact, I feel more free now than I ever have. The burden of the attachment to things has been lifted once more. 

I know that more will come of this adventure. I trust that The Universe, God, Our connected Energy - what have you, will prevail. It always does. 

Above all else, I know that I am the best version of myself when I am dancing in that golden white light.

Wealthy Monday is a collection of moments I have experienced recently that left me feeling totally, completely, WEALTHY & ABUNDANT. 

The purpose of this post is to encourage you to look at your life for the things non-$$$ related that left you feeling RICH with possibility. Ready, set, GO!

• Watching The Mister play harmonica on stage at The Twisted Frog on Saturday night.
  
• My FREE, newly purple-painted dresser 
  
• Making curtains out of flat sheets (easy & much cheaper)
  
• A nice, clean home
  
• Spending time with my Mom (something that was much over due)
  
• Giving my Grandma a kiss and seeing her smile (she was sick for a good while. Feeling better now)
  
• Talking to my BFF Lacy at 1:00 in the morning (because that's what BFFs are for)
  
• Wearing a new salmon colored dress my sister gave me. I feel really cute when I wear it.
  
• Cleaning out closets to donate unworn clothing.
  
• Purchasing some handmade soap & lipbalm from Om Shanti Naturals - I am in LOVE with her products. 

I could really go on forever with this list, but I am curious - what has left you feeling WEALTHY this Monday?

Well, it's another Wealthy Monday here on The Rainbow & boy, am I feeling it. 

All of the new things I am doing to help manifest more abundance in my life are really showing up BIG TIME. For that I am grateful. 

However, there is also a still silence in the air today that I can't help but notice. I'm not sure if it can be attributed to what happened in Norway or Amy Winehouse's death but I can deffinitely feel it.

So today, please take this Wealthy Monday post as a giant virtual hug going straight from my heart to yours. 

Whatever it is you are experiencing today, know that you are loved. You are supported by the Universe & most importantly, you are not alone.

It's time to share my new secret. 

I have Money Praise Routine. 

I just started it this week. I've only been doing it for 2 days. But the rewards are already outstanding. 

My hopes in continuing my own fiancial education is that I will be able to use this knowledge in the future to bring fortune & abundance to all of those I work with. 

I am learning so that I can teach. 

What I am sharing today is the biggest part of my Money Praise Routine. This meditation takes about 22 minutes out of my morning. While listening to the meditation I do what my body wants me to do. 

Sometimes it is yoga poses, sometimes I am laying on the floor with my arms wide open, mostly, I am stretching in whatever way feels good to me. 

By the time this meditation is over I feel totally and completely in the flow, my mood is uplifted & I can literally feel money flowing too and from me. 

I have new ideas that show up about what wealth & abundance means to me. I feel a creative spark & more than anything, I feel deserving & supported by The Universe's desire to allow me to experience this abundance.

To be honest, I’m not feeling very wealthy today.

Aunt Flo came to visit this morning & insisted on staying. On top of that my week has been filled with many brief moments of intense Mental Monkey chatter.

But I couldn’t avoid coming here & sharing my truth with you. I mean, we all have these days right? We can’t always be on the top of our game. Bad days happen & that’s okay.

So today, I am relying on you.

As I go through this financial education process with myself, I want to share any kick-ass information I happen to find with you all along the way. 

Below is a chart I found on PayOff.com (which BTW is a super-cool website that aids you in your own financial freedom process.) 

Check out the chart & their goods. I'm diggin' what I see so far.  

If you were hanging around my blog on July 4th & the few days before, you'd know that I was having a bit of a breakdown when it came to my finances. 

The moment I took upon myself to surrender the ins and outs of my life to God once again, the night before leaving for Tahoe, changes took effect almost immeditately. 

Here I sit a week or so later with a completely new mindset & determination in conquering my fears when it comes to money. 

Today I took it upon myself to call a few of the companies I owe money to & am late paying to schedule future payments to help me get caught up.

My normal path of action usually involves ignoring the situation entirely. 

& though I don't have the money to pay them in this moment, it feels really good to be in integrity with my word. 

I trust the money will come. 
I believe this process will allow me to open the flood gates of our money cycle at a smoother, more rapid pace. 

So, for today's Wealthy Monday post - I am abundant in being in integrity.
