Are you ready for another Soul Session Question video? I know I am. 

Before deciding whether to share this with you all or not I had a battle with my own mental monkeys. Since I am only just beginning my career in the video-making industry I have doubts about my delivery and over all effectiveness of what I share.

Generally, I am much better in person, writing or over the phone than I am on video. 

But the only way to get better is by practicing, right? So here you are - my video response to finding Zen when your surrounded by mind clutter.
